Hello! My name is Joe Benner, aka Dog Trainer Joe (Instagram/Facebook: @DogTrainerJoe ). Dog training is my passion and nothing gives me greater satisfaction than helping pet-parents and their beloved dogs to build powerful bonds through successful training.

I am a professional dog trainer who has helped thousands of clients with dogs of every age and size to eliminate unwanted behaviors as well as to learn basic, intermediate, and advanced training skills.

Your dog's health and happiness is paramount. No aversive techniques (shouting, intimidating, etc) nor aversive tools (shock collars, choke chains, etc) will be used. Boundaries and discipline will be taught, but without threat or use of violence. This training teaches your dog to be obedient while also creating the most trust and best possible relationship. This builds your dog's confidence in both themselves and you so they are eager to listen and perform!
We can eliminate unwanted behaviors (chewing, nipping, barking, etc) and teach important skills (sit, stay, come, leash walking, etc). We can also teach fun games and tricks! That said, ingraining reliable responses to functional cues (commands) is my specialty.
We will plan each lesson according to your dog's specific needs.

*Both packages include a free T-Shirt. The five-session package includes an official Certificate of Completion to prove that your dog has received quality professional training.
